Academia Stack Exchange is a question and answer site for academics and those enrolled in higher education. It only takes a minute to sign up. Connect and share knowledge within a single location that is structured and easy to search. There is no formal academic convention for email signatures, although your university or institution may have formatting guidelines. You can simply include as much or as little information as you want the recipient to know. Personally, I think your name and position are sufficient and listing every degree you have is a bit redundant and, as others have pointed out, pretentious.

I promptly started to learn the structure and syntax of the language so I could make these beautiful documents I kept seeing. However, I quickly found that something was missing. There was plenty of information available online regarding how to learn LaTeX and an entire community happy to help with any issues, but there was no place where I could easily find complete documents which I could look over to see how they were written.
