For me nothing really motivated me to be or do anything with my life. I was always bouncing from one thing to another, always changing. It was all very exciting at first but after a little while I would get bored and always ended up trying something else. But all of that changed three years ago when I learned that soon I was going to be a mother.
What Motivates You
Student Say: What really motivates you to learn? - Project
Welcome, students! Your words matter. Please join the conversation. Though you are young and may not feel you have a voice or you can make a difference, you are the most important voice of all, for it is truly all about you, and you have to help change the narrative and believe that you can help move the needle and change education. Note on comments. Please post honest, open comments. We have to have real conversations to make any kind of significant change, even if those conversations are tough.
What Motivates You? My Life
Hilda Tavera. New Beginnings. In High School I was always able to get everything done, I didn't know how I would do it, but It didn't seem that hard for me. If I didn't go to class some how I would still be able to make up stuff and get points for it. High School seemed easy to me at some point, but it wasn't until my senior year that things started changing.
The topics that were the most intriguing were employee engagement, the Hertzberg theory, and organizational culture. As a working individual, these three concepts are factors I deal with on a daily basis. This class has shaped my mindset that we are all capable of making a difference within our workplace.
